Food Waste – Editorial Illustrations
Food waste is having a big impact on our environment, and we can still reduce it thanks to our daily choices. This article shares with us some useful tips on ways to improve our actions towards this theme.
Using the article as a starting point, I have created a series of editorial illustrations showing the link between food waste and our environment. In this perspective, a forest represents the silhouette of an apple core, the planet can be stored in the fridge as a food genre, and a neighbourhood is trying to make the most out of their goods by sharing them with others.
My intention is to emotionally impact the readers with my illustrations while still giving them hope and delivering a positive message.
